How these estimates are made

Rift

Rift is estimated to have 550 – 2k players a day. Around 230k – 580k accounts have played it in total. The range is anchored on Steam’s official concurrent-player and review counts, then converted to daily actives and accounts — so it covers the Steam player base and will under-count a game played mostly through its own launcher or on console.

The Sandbox

The Sandbox is estimated to have 80 – 38k players a day. Around 30k – 3m accounts have played it in total. No Steam data is published for this game, so the range is modelled from the size of its Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube and app-store communities. It is a rough band rather than a measurement.
