How these estimates are made

EverQuest II

EverQuest II is estimated to have 440 – 2k players a day. Around 71k – 180k accounts have played it in total. The range is anchored on Steam’s official concurrent-player and review counts, then converted to daily actives and accounts — so it covers the Steam player base and will under-count a game played mostly through its own launcher or on console.

Hypixel

Hypixel is estimated to have 290 – 140k players a day. Around 78k – 8m accounts have played it in total. No Steam data is published for this game, so the range is modelled from the size of its Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube and app-store communities. It is a rough band rather than a measurement.
