Achaea, Dreams of Divine Lands is a classic text-based MUD released in 1997 and maintained by Iron Realms Entertainment. While once popular, active daily player counts for text MUDs have generally decreased over time, with niche but devoted communities remaining. As a persistent, open-world roleplaying game, it's a true MMO, but its DAP is likely in the low hundreds at most due to its age and genre.

World of Warcraft Classic, released in 2019 by Blizzard Entertainment, is a major MMORPG revival of the original WoW experience.
