Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming is a browser-based MMO strategy game released in 2019 by Yoozoo Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive. It capitalized on the Game of Thrones brand but, as a licensed title in a declining genre, its player base has diminished since its release. The game still retains a small but steady international audience due to ongoing live events and monetization, but most browser MMORTS titles drop below 20,000 daily players after 5 years.

Ark: Survival Evolved is a popular survival sandbox game released in 2017 and available on nearly all platforms. Its peak was several years ago, but it maintains a stable community thanks to official and community servers, modding, and occasional event content. While numbers have declined since launch, the game still sees tens of thousands of daily players across PC and consoles, especially due to its ongoing updates and active mod scene.
