Ember Sword is a highly anticipated indie MMORPG developed by Bright Star Studios, frequently discussed in the MMO community. As of now, it is either in limited open testing or early access and has not fully released, which drastically limits daily active players. Given its testing phase and community engagement, a conservative estimate would be 1,000–2,000 daily players participating in playtests and early builds.

Last Epoch is an action RPG released in early 2024, developed by Eleventh Hour Games. It has received strong attention from the ARPG community, especially in the wake of Diablo IV's mixed reception.
