How these estimates are made

Ascendant One

Ascendant One is estimated to have 11 – 5k players a day. Around 6k – 580k accounts have played it in total. No Steam data is published for this game, so the range is modelled from the size of its Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube and app-store communities. It is a rough band rather than a measurement.

MapleStory

MapleStory is estimated to have 34k – 120k players a day. Around 290k – 750k accounts have played it in total. The range is anchored on Steam’s official concurrent-player and review counts, then converted to daily actives and accounts — so it covers the Steam player base and will under-count a game played mostly through its own launcher or on console.
