How these estimates are made

Ark II

Ark II is estimated to have 340 – 160k players a day. Around 94k – 9m accounts have played it in total. No Steam data is published for this game, so the range is modelled from the size of its Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube and app-store communities. It is a rough band rather than a measurement.

New World: Aeternum

New World: Aeternum is estimated to have 1k – 5k players a day. Around 4m – 9m accounts have played it in total. The range is anchored on Steam’s official concurrent-player and review counts, then converted to daily actives and accounts — so it covers the Steam player base and will under-count a game played mostly through its own launcher or on console.
