Ingress VS DreamWorld

Ingress, developed by Niantic and originally supported by Google, was a highly influential AR mobile game released in 2013. The game still maintains a dedicated niche audience, especially for in-person events, but most estimates suggest a current daily active player base under 25,000 globally.

DreamWorld is a small indie open-world sandbox survival game released in 2020. It is best known in the industry for its controversial Kickstarter campaign, unfinished state, and community skepticism regarding its scope and legitimacy. There have been no significant updates, major publisher backing, or evidence of a large player base post-launch. Given the lack of notable activity and indie status, it is likely struggling to retain more than a very small, niche audience.
