How these estimates are made

AFK Journey

AFK Journey is estimated to have 2k – 6k players a day. Around 25k – 64k accounts have played it in total. The range is anchored on Steam’s official concurrent-player and review counts, then converted to daily actives and accounts — so it covers the Steam player base and will under-count a game played mostly through its own launcher or on console.

Final Fantasy XI Online

Final Fantasy XI Online is estimated to have 250 – 120k players a day. Around 53k – 5m accounts have played it in total. No Steam data is published for this game, so the range is modelled from the size of its Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube and app-store communities. It is a rough band rather than a measurement.
